How should I wash my set?
Since all patches are hand sewn, they are very delicate. We highly recommend hand washing everything. If you are unable to hand wash, please put in the washing machine on delicate and hang dry.
What should I do if my patch comes undone?
We try to sew each patch as tight and secure as possible however since they’re hand sewn, they do run the risk of possibly coming undone. If that does happen, please go to the contact us page, input your order number, for your reason select "Repairs", and fill out the form for a free repair/replacement!
Why does my set look slightly different than others?
Since each piece is handmade to order, there is always the possibility that each set will look slightly different whether that is the stitching or the patch, specifically for our camo sets. Naturally, camo is an inconsistent pattern with many different colors, so each patch might be slightly different depending on where is was cut from on the ream of fabric.
What material are the sweatpants and sweatshirts made of?
Sweatpants and sweatshirts: 50% cotton & 50% polyester
T-Shirts: 60% cotton & 40% polyester
Tank tops: 100% cotton
What size do you suggest I purchase?
All pieces are men’s sizes. If you would like your set to fit slightly oversized, we recommend sizing up (for example, if you’re normally a size S, purchase a M). As a reminder, all t-shirts and tank tops are one size.
Can I purchase a different size for the top and bottom?
Absolutely! After you place your order, go to the contact us page, input your order number, and select "Different Sized Set" for your reason. In the description, mention which sizes you want. We will do our best to accommodate your request, as long as we have the right sizes in stock.
Where is my order?
Since each piece is handmade to order, please allow up to 4 weeks from the time your order is placed for your purchase to ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive an email, please feel free to reach out via our contact us page (be sure to fill out your order number and select "Shipping" as your reason). Once your order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for your package. If your package gets stolen, lost, or labeled as ‘delivered’ however you didn’t receive it, please contact USPS as we are unable to help and not responsible.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since all of our pieces are handmade to order, unfortunately we do not have the capacity to offer refunds or returns at this time. We are happy to offer size or set exchanges (as long as the price is the same) which can be coordinated via our contact us page (be sure to fill our your order number and select "Exhanges" for your reason). We will send through a return label and exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received.
Shipping to Canada
As duties and taxes vary based on Canadian customs regulations, we are unable to cover these additional fees. These charges depend on factors such as product type, value, and specific import policies, which are beyond our control and may change over time. We recommend checking with Canada Border Services or your local customs office for the most current information on applicable duties and taxes. Please note this before placing an order to Canada as we are unable to provide exceptions.
